Allegro Names Six to Executive, Management Teams
Allegro Commodity Management Further Enhances Leadership Team for Ongoing Growth
DALLAS, Texas, September 21, 2015 – Allegro Commodity Management, a leading provider of commodity management software, announced today that it has added three key executives and three managing directors of consulting services as part of its expansion plans for growth.
The company named Jon McCabe as Chief Financial Officer, Mark Crosno as Vice President of Americas Sales, Joachim Koch as Vice President over Sales Operations and Strategic Alliances, and Bob Clancy, Ed Fleming and Michael Wolk as Managing Directors of Consulting Services in the Americas.

McCabe comes to Allegro from SafeNet, and will oversee the company’s global finance functions, including accounting, financial planning, analysis, controllership, treasury and tax. He has also held successful finance and business roles at McAfee, Genuity and Verizon/GTE.
Crosno brings 35 years of sales experience to the task, most recently with Sapient Global Markets and previously with OpenLink and SolArc. He will oversee business development efforts for Allegro’s Americas Sales team.
Koch joins the firm having previously served as Vice President of Operations and Mergers and Acquisitions for Oracle. He will assume similar duties for Allegro. He also held management roles at The Highland Group, a senior executive management consulting company, was Vice President of Operations and Professional Services at Adexa, an enterprise business planning and supply chain software company, and was a Principal at Gemini Consulting/Capgemini.
Clancy, formerly of SunGard and a partner at Accenture; Fleming, formerly of OpenLink, SolArc and PricewaterhouseCoopers; and Wolk, formerly of SunGard and a partner at Accenture, will all be responsible for delivery of software implementation consulting engagements, as well as assisting the sales team with business development for various regions in the Americas.
