Allegro Appoints Keith Farris as Chief Technology Officer
New Chief Technology Officer Will Oversee Product and Technology Development
DALLAS, Texas, July 6, 2015 – Allegro Development Corporation, a leading provider of commodity management software, announced today the appointment of Keith Farris as Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Farris comes to Allegro from JP Morgan’s FICC Technology Division where he led a global development team as Executive Director. He also served as Site Lead for the 1100 technologists in the Houston Tech Hub with responsibility for location strategy, cyber security and controls.
The move deepens Allegro’s executive strength, adding more than 20 years of proven experience in software to the company’s C-suite. Farris will oversee all areas of product and technology development.

Prior to JP Morgan, Mr. Farris spent 10 years with MRE Consulting where he led implementation and system integration projects for Fortune 500 customers in financial and energy and commodity trading markets. Mr. Farris began his career in consulting at Arthur Andersen.
