    Frank Brienzi has decades of experience in growing and leading successful global software and technology companies. He most recently served as President and Chief Sales Officer at Misys, a global software company based in London, specializing in banking, capital markets, lending and enterprise trading and risk management. In this role, he led a two-year global transformation of sales, marketing, alliance and channels and several other client facing functions delivering significant double digit growth.

    He was formerly Senior Vice President and General Manager of Oracle's Financial Services Global Business Unit (FSGBU), as well as a member of the Board of Directors for Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd. (a listed company), where he was responsible for the operations of the company. He led the transformation of FSGBU, achieving double-digit year-over-year growth for four years.

    Mr. Brienzi began his career with EDS in 1984, as part of the Financial Services Strategic business unit, responsible for large-scale banking and insurance development, sales and account management. He then served as Managing Partner at Accenture, helping to grow its global financial services business and leading its global application outsourcing practice. He was also a member of Accenture’s offshore expansion board, leading Accenture’s growth in India, China and the Philippines.

    Jon McCabe serves as Allegro’s Chief Financial Officer, where he is responsible for the company’s global finance functions, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, controllership, treasury and tax. Most recently, Mr. McCabe held the Chief Financial Officer position at SafeNet, leading provider of data encryption, crypto management, multi-factor authentication, and software monetization solutions.

    Prior to joining SafeNet, Mr. McCabe served in an FP&A role at McAfee Inc. from 2007-10, and was responsible for standardizing accounting processes and systems re-engineering from 2005-07. From 2000-04, he served in a Business Operations role with Genuity Inc., responsible for the operating plan, performance measurement and vendor management for Genuity’s technical support, network deployment, field operations, billing and network monitoring organizations. From 1986-2000, Mr. McCabe served in various accounting & planning roles of increasing responsibility with Verizon/GTE. Roles at Verizon included regional accounting manager, accounting policies and standards, financial reporting systems and market/corporate strategy.

    As Senior Vice President, Global Sales, Jonathan English is responsible for driving revenue across all of Allegro's markets and regions, maintaining customer relationships and leading regional sales teams.

    Mr. English has been with Allegro since 2001. He began his career with the company as an Account Manager responsible for managing all existing customer accounts. In 2003, he became a Business Development Manager, working to grow license revenue and Allegro’s customer base. Mr. English also worked as a Solutions Director, where he demonstrated Allegro’s solutions to prospective customers, as the Business Development Director for North America and as a Global Accounts Director. Most recently, he was Managing Director, Europe, Middle East and Africa & Asia-Pacific.

    Prior to Allegro, Mr. English held various sales roles at Union Carbide Corporation, and he worked as a Technology Consultant for a dot-com consulting firm.

    Michael Hinton is the Chief Strategy & Customer Officer of Allegro. He is responsible for assisting the CEO and executive team in defining overall corporate strategy, while ensuring execution supports and remains aligned with that strategy. He is also the customer voice in corporate operations and leads the education team in driving additional value to Allegro customers, employees and partners.

    Since joining Allegro in 1997, Mr. Hinton has held a number of significant cross-functional roles in sales, services and management. Previously, he was Chief Customer Officer & Senior Vice President, Products and Solutions. Before that role, he served as Chief Marketing Officer and was responsible for increasing brand awareness across the industry, while expanding market share.

    Prior to his time as CMO, he was Vice President of Product Marketing, where he led a global team in support of Allegro's field operations. Before joining Allegro, he held general management positions with Independent Gas Companies (IGC) and Skelgas Inc.

    Michael leads all global marketing functions at Allegro, including marketing strategy, product positioning, press/analyst relations, communications and events. He brings more than 20 years of experience to Allegro and is a frequent contributor to leading energy, risk management, supply chain, and commodity management publications. Additionally, he delivers numerous speeches each year at major international energy and commodity summits and conferences.

    Prior to Allegro, Michael was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Eka Software Solutions. Formerly, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Triple Point Technology for 10 years. During his tenure at Triple Point, Michael helped grow the company to a successful $850 million sale of the business in 2013. Prior to Triple Point, he served as the top marketing executive for Information Builders and C-bridge Solutions. He began his career with IBM Corporation.

    Michael earned an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business Administration.

    Randy Asire is responsible for Allegro's systems and support, overseeing system administration and support. His specialists work closely with Allegro deployment teams on every project to ensure that customers' legacy and existing systems integrate properly with the Allegro solution. Mr. Asire has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of roles in energy and other industries including chief technology officer, director of development, support manager, developer, and project manager.

    Mr. Cox has spent more than 20 years in the energy industry delivering product innovation with agility and quality. He has been responsible for guiding the development of Allegro’s industry leading products for the past 15 years. Most recently, he led an energy technology startup to successfully launch an enterprise mobile commodity analytics product that provides cloud computing and web technology solutions for the commodity industry.

    Mr. Hodgson, who is based in Allegro’s London office, leads the global services organization, which provides a variety of professional services to its global client base. These services include CTRM functional and technical expertise, project management, and a global Technology Desk, which is focused on delivering value added extension solutions to the Allegro client base.

    Mr. Hodgson has over 20 years of financial technology experience and has a comprehensive understanding of all facets of professional services management and delivery excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in History from the University of Liverpool and is an Associate Member of Association of Corporate Treasurers.

    Frank is responsible for the business operations and complete P&L for the analytics group, powered by FEA, at Allegro. He brings more than 30 years of financial services and M&A experience to Allegro and is a pioneer in digital based data feeds.

    Prior to Allegro, Frank served as the head of FEA’s business in commodity and energy analytics at MSCI Inc., where he successfully increased FEA’s profitability and reduced costs, resulting in 20-30% growth per year. Formerly, he was Vice President of Product Development for Institutional Data Services at Standard and Poor’s/DRI, where he was presented as the lead expert on institutional data and was responsible for substantial business growth. Prior to Standard and Poor’s/DRI, Frank also served as Manager of Market Data Systems at Kemper Securities, where he decreased market data expenditures by about 40% in 18 months and introduced digital data feeds in a mainly terminal based structure. Frank began his career at Knight-Ridder Financial Information as a Vice President in the commodity division.

    Frank holds a MBA from Roosevelt University and a BA in Computer Studies from Barat College.

    Josh manages the FEA research team for a broad range of analytic and risks management tools. With more than 15 years of energy trading and quantitative risk management experience, one of Josh’s chief initiatives is recognizing new market trends and then identifying needs for the development of new FEA software features, models, and/or contract specifications.

     

    Josh received a Doctorate in Theoretical Physics from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2001.
