    Frank Brienzi is the Chief Executive Officer of Allegro, overseeing overall corporate strategy and company growth initiatives. As Allegro’s CEO, Brienzi drives customer success by delivering next-generation commodity management software and ensuring Allegro customers are equipped with a competitive advantage in a volatile, complex, and uncertain market.

    Brienzi brings decades of experience in growing and leading successful global software and technology companies. He most recently served as President and Chief Sales Officer at Misys, a global software company based in London, specializing in banking, capital markets, lending, and enterprise trading and risk management. In this role, Brienzi led a two-year global transformation of sales, marketing, alliance and channels, and several other client-facing functions, delivering significant double-digit growth.

    Prior to Misys, Brienzi was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Oracle's Financial Services Global Business Unit (FSGBU), as well as a member of the Board of Directors for Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd. (a listed company), where he was responsible for the operations of the company. He led the transformation of FSGBU, achieving double-digit year-over-year growth for four years.

    Brienzi began his career with EDS in 1984, as part of the Financial Services Strategic business unit, responsible for large-scale banking and insurance development, sales, and account management. He then served as Managing Partner at Accenture, helping grow its global financial services business and leading its global application outsourcing practice. Brienzi was also a member of Accenture’s offshore expansion board, leading Accenture’s growth in India, China, and the Philippines.

    Jon McCabe is the Chief Financial Officer of Allegro, where he is responsible for the company’s global finance functions. At Allegro, McCabe oversees accounting, financial planning and analysis, controllership, treasury, and tax.

    Most recently, McCabe was the Chief Financial Officer of SafeNet, a leading provider of data encryption, crypto management, multi-factor authentication, and software monetization solutions.

    Prior to joining SafeNet, McCabe served in a financial planning and analysis role at McAfee Inc. from 2007 to 2010 and was responsible for standardizing accounting processes and systems re-engineering from 2005 to 2007. From 2000 to 2004, he served in a Business Operations role with Genuity Inc., responsible for the operating plan, performance measurement, and vendor management for Genuity’s technical support, network deployment, field operations, billing, and network monitoring organizations.

    From 1986 to 2000, McCabe served in various accounting and planning roles of increasing responsibility with Verizon/GTE. His roles at Verizon included Regional Accounting Manager, Accounting Policies and Standards, Financial Reporting Systems, and Market/Corporate Strategy.

    Jonathan English is the Senior Vice President of Global Sales of Allegro. At Allegro, English is responsible for driving revenue across all of the company’s markets and regions, maintaining customer relationships, and leading regional sales teams.

    English has been with Allegro for almost two decades. He began his career with the company as an Account Manager, responsible for managing all existing customer accounts. In 2003, he became a Business Development Manager, working to grow license revenue and Allegro’s customer base.

    At Allegro, English has also held positions as a Solutions Director, a Business Development Director for North America, and a Global Accounts Director. Most recently, he was Managing Director, Europe, Middle East, and Africa and Asia-Pacific.

    Prior to joining Allegro, English held various sales roles at Union Carbide Corporation, and he worked as a Technology Consultant for a dot-com consulting firm.

    Michael Hinton is the Chief Strategy and Customer Officer of Allegro. At Allegro, Hinton is responsible for assisting the CEO and executive team in defining overall corporate strategy, while ensuring execution supports and remains aligned with that strategy. He is also the customer voice in corporate operations and leads the education team in driving additional value to Allegro customers, employees, and partners.

    Since joining Allegro in 1997, Hinton has held a number of significant cross-functional roles in sales, services, and management. Previously, he was Chief Customer Officer and Senior Vice President, Products and Solutions. Before that role, he served as Chief Marketing Officer and was responsible for increasing brand awareness across the industry, while expanding market share.

    Prior to his time as CMO, he was Vice President of Product Marketing, where he led a global team in support of Allegro's field operations. Before joining Allegro, he held general management positions with Independent Gas Companies (IGC) and Skelgas Inc.

    Michael Schwartz is the Chief Marketing Officer of Allegro. At Allegro, Schwartz leads all global marketing functions at Allegro, including marketing strategy, product positioning, press and analyst relations, communications, and events.

    Schwartz brings more than 20 years of experience to Allegro and is a frequent contributor to leading energy, risk management, supply chain, and commodity management publications. Additionally, he delivers numerous speeches each year at major international energy and commodity summits and conferences.

    Prior to Allegro, Schwartz was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Eka Software Solutions. Prior to Eka, Schwartz served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Triple Point Technology for 10 years. During his tenure at Triple Point, Michael helped grow the company to a successful $850 million sale of the business in 2013.

    Before working at Triple Point, Schwartz served as the top marketing executive for Information Builders and C-bridge Solutions. He began his career with IBM Corporation.

    Evan Cox is the Chief Technology Officer of Allegro. At Allegro, Cox is responsible for guiding the development of Allegro’s industry-leading products and next-generation commodity management software. As CTO, Cox oversees the Research and Development and Product departments, where he and his teams focus on creating competitive advantages for Allegro customers with next-generation commodity management software.

    Cox has served as Allegro’s CTO for almost 20 years, delivering relentless product innovation to Allegro’s customers with agility and quality. Cox oversaw the creation of Allegro Horizon’s mobile capabilities, forward-compatible architecture, and cloud enablement.

    Cox started at Allegro as a Software Developer and quickly became a Chief Development Officer. He has also held a position leading an energy technology startup to successfully launch an enterprise mobile analytics product that provides cloud computing and web technology solutions for the commodity industry.

    Jonathan Hodgson is the Senior Vice President of Global Services of Allegro. At Allegro, Hodgson’s Global Services organization provides a variety of professional services to Allegro’s global client base. These services include CTRM functional and technical expertise, project management, and a global Technology Desk, which is focused on delivering value-added extension solutions to the Allegro client base.

    Hodgson’s teams focus on delivering remarkable services to Allegro customers, ensuring absolute customer implementation success and satisfaction. Whether Allegro customers need an implementation on a tight timeline, a cloud-based implementation, or a phased implementation, Hodgson’s Services teams can implement next-generation CTRM software at the speed each customer needs.

    Hodgson brings over 25 years of financial technology and commodity management experience to Allegro and has a comprehensive understanding of all facets of professional services management and delivery excellence. Prior to joining Allegro, Hodgson was the Senior Vice President of Professional Services Operations of FIS and the Global Head of Professional Services of Investment Management and Operations.

    Prior to working at FIS, Hodgson was the Global Head of Investment Research Content of Thomson Reuters, where he led multiple cross-disciplinary teams producing data on 14 different content sets supporting the Buy Side business. He began his career at KPMG.

    Frank Cummings is the General Manager of Analytics and FEA Sales of Allegro. At Allegro, Cummings is responsible for empowering Allegro customers with Allegro Analytics, the leading risk analytics software solution for traders, logistics professionals, risk managers, and quantitative analysts, powered by Financial Engineering Associates (FEA).

    Cummings brings more than 30 years of financial services and M&A experience to Allegro and is a pioneer in digital-based data feeds and commodity management software. Prior to Allegro, Cummings served as the head of FEA’s business in commodity and energy analytics at MSCI Inc., where he successfully increased FEA’s profitability and reduced costs, resulting in 20 to 30 percent growth per year.

    Formerly, Cummings was Vice President of Product Development for Institutional Data Services at Standard and Poor’s/DRI, where he was presented as the lead expert on institutional data and was responsible for substantial business growth.

    Before working at Standard and Poor’s/DRI, Cummings served as Manager of Market Data Systems at Kemper Securities, where he decreased market data expenditures by about 40 percent in 18 months and introduced digital data feeds in a mainly terminal-based structure. Cummings began his career at Knight-Ridder Financial Information as a Vice President in the commodity division.

    Josh Gray is the Chief Scientist of Analytics and FEA Product of Allegro. At Allegro, Gray manages the Financial Engineering Associates (FEA) research teams, who control a broad range of analytic and risk management tools. Gray is a key player in FEA’s seamless integration with Allegro Analytics, ensuring the combined product is the leading risk analytics software solution for traders, logistics professionals, risk managers, and quantitative analysts, giving customers the ability to model the breadth of their enterprise portfolios.

    Gray also empowers Allegro customers to utilize FEA in all of Allegro’s offerings, which are driven by world-class quantitative analytics and risk management tools used for the valuing, modeling, and hedging of derivatives and physical assets. With Allegro Analytics, Gray enables Allegro customers to make informed decisions with the right data.

    With more than 15 years of energy trading and quantitative risk management experience, one of Gray’s chief initiatives is recognizing new market trends and identifying needs for the development of new FEA software features, models, and/or contract specifications.

    Gray received a Doctorate in Theoretical Physics from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2001.
