    Eldon Klaassen is the Chairman of Allegro’s Board of Directors and a Managing Director at Cerium Technology, an energy and commodities industry expert and seasoned business builder.

    He founded Allegro in 1984, and since then has spearheaded development of Allegro energy trading and risk management software to become the leader in the ETRM space. During this time, Allegro experienced extraordinary growth and provided Mr. Klaassen with the experience and industry insights necessary to advise a new generation of innovative entrepreneurs.

    Chief Executive Officer

    Frank Brienzi has decades of experience in growing and leading successful global software and technology companies. He most recently served as President and Chief Sales Officer at Misys, a global software company based in London, specializing in banking, capital markets, lending and enterprise trading and risk management. In this role, he led a two-year global transformation of sales, marketing, alliance and channels and several other client facing functions delivering significant double digit growth.

    He was formerly Senior Vice President and General Manager of Oracle's Financial Services Global Business Unit (FSGBU), as well as a member of the Board of Directors for Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd. (a listed company), where he was responsible for the operations of the company. He led the transformation of FSGBU, achieving double-digit year-over-year growth for four years.

    Mr. Brienzi began his career with EDS in 1984, as part of the Financial Services Strategic business unit, responsible for large-scale banking and insurance development, sales and account management. He then served as Managing Partner at Accenture, helping to grow its global financial services business and leading its global application outsourcing practice. He was also a member of Accenture’s offshore expansion board, leading Accenture’s growth in India, China and the Philippines.

    Andy Fishman is a Principal and joined Vector in 2008. Mr. Fishman was previously a Director of RAE Systems (acquired by Honeywell), Teletrac (acquired by Danaher), and Aladdin Knowledge Systems (merged with SafeNet). Mr. Fishman came to Vector with significant technology investing and technology operational experience. He worked at Silver Lake Partners where he focused on large-scale technology buyouts in both North America and Europe. Previously, he worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs & Co. where he focused on mergers and financings in the technology and telecommunications industries.

    On the operational side, Mr. Fishman worked at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Artificial Intelligence Lab, and at Sun Microsystems as a software engineer. He also worked at Vlingo, a mobile start-up based in Boston, as head of Business Development.

    Mr. Fishman received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. He holds a B.A. in computer science from Dartmouth College where he graduated magna cum laude.

    David Fishman is a Managing Director and joined Vector in 2006. He leads the Private Equity Investment Team and has been actively involved in the investments in SafeNet, RAE Systems, Aladdin Knowledge Systems, Teletrac (formerly Trafficmaster), Technicolor S.A., Open Solutions and Saba Software. Mr. Fishman currently serves on the Board of Directors of SafeNet and Technicolor S.A. He was previously a Director of RAE Systems (acquired by Honeywell), Teletrac (acquired by Danaher), and Aladdin Knowledge Systems (merged with SafeNet). He sits on the investment committee of both the private equity funds and the Vector Credit Opportunity Fund. He was named the Technology Investor of the Year – North America by ACQ Finance Magazine.

    Prior to joining Vector, Mr. Fishman worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. for 10 years and was a Managing Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions area, focused primarily on technology and media transactions. He worked closely with senior management teams to analyze and execute a variety of strategic alternatives, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and leveraged buyouts. In his time at Goldman, Mr. Fishman led or participated in over 30 transactions worth an aggregate value of $120 billion, including transactions involving Microsoft, eBay, Adobe, IBM, Oracle and PeopleSoft.

    Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Fishman worked at JPMorgan, where he was responsible for raising debt financing for the firm’s corporate clients. Mr. Fishman has an MBA with Distinction from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. with honors in Economics from Duke University.
