Setting the pace.

It starts with our blueprint for success. We identify and orient the implementation team and, in a series of planning meetings, set the tone and working basis for true collaboration. We refine the project approach and map the project to our methodology — or to yours, if desired.

The team defines goals and objectives, functional solution segments for rollout, key project processes, budget and plan, system administration requirements, and system infrastructure requirements. It also identifies your managers and key users who may evaluate each specialized application component.

It makes sense: nailing these details upfront improves the project’s downstream produc tivity, dramatically improving the likelihood of a successful outcome. At the same time, we scrutinize the planned workflow to identify critical interdependencies and eliminate potential bottlenecks.

Deliverables. By the end of the Plan phase, we have a blueprint in hand: a project charter, project work plan, initial budget, segment plan, and system administration plan.
