The team works to make all users self-sufficient and fully functional in the solution environment. Intensive, targeted classes give users the knowledge and skills they need to excel in day-to-day business activity using the new system.
Allegro’s training curriculum helps ensure that your teams understand the “power tools” and associated resources now available to them. Users gain hands-on experience through instructor-led exercises.
Throughout the Deploy phase, Allegro teams stay on site. We address any system, process or people issues that may arise as everyone climbs the learning curve and systems enter full production. Users, managers and IT staff all participate during the transition to normal production, concluding a successful project.
Deliverables. As the Deploy phase closes, your production environment has gone live and is running smoothly. All key elements are in place including initial training materials and classes, data conversion and production technical infrastructure.
