Your managers and key users provide critical input to this process. Existing systems and any previous solution experience are utilized.

Deliverables. By the end of the Define phase, we’ve established the segment scope definition, configuration specification, table definition, interfaces definition, formats definition, and roles, responsibilities, and security definition.
