Eldon Klaassen
Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Klaassen brings more than three decades of energy industry successes to his role as Founder and CEO of Allegro Development. Since founding Allegro in 1984, Mr. Klaassen has spearheaded development of Allegro energy trading, transport and risk management software through seven generations. His vision has led to integrated, real-time application solutions that deliver compelling advantages to companies throughout the energy value chain, from production to consumption.

Mr. Klaassen pursues a three-pronged management approach: maintain a balance of evolution and innovation; practice consistency and customer focus; and provide solutions that deliver a measurable return on investment. This approach has guided Allegro through two decades of stable profitability, a rare achievement in a highly cyclical industry. The company's ever-expanding customer base includes the world's largest energy companies.



Christopher Larsen
President and Chief Operating Officer

Christopher Larsen is President and Chief Operating Officer of Allegro. In this role, he leads the entire customer facing part of the company while focusing on creating value for all of Allegro's stakeholders, customers, employees, partners and shareholders. He manages the sales, pre-sales, alliances, professional services, support, training, and marketing groups.

Larsen has an extensive 25 plus years of experience in the enterprise software industry. Most recently he held the position of Executive Vice President of Global Field Operations at TIBCO Software. In this role he drove the global field transition from a technology engagement model to a solution and customer engagement model leading to a 100% growth in revenues.

Previous senior leadership roles included EVP at DecisionOne and Verticalnet, and most notably President of SAP America where for over 8 years he continually built, optimized and led management teams across multiple geographical, industry and solution business sectors, while being responsible for over 1,200 employees and 1 billion in revenue.

Larsen received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
 


Evan Cox
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Cox is responsible for supervising all of Allegro's research and development activities including its technology, architecture, product development, and quality assurance initiatives. He has been a driving force behind Allegro technology breakthroughs including grid computing, a modular, Service—Oriented Architecture — an energy industry first — plus Allegro application modules delivering advanced decision analytics, dynamic 3D graphic displays and other unprecedented capabilities. Since joining Allegro in 1997 he has served as software developer, technology developer, and chief development officer.
 
Michael Hinton
Chief Marketing Officer

Michael Hinton is Chief Marketing Officer of Allegro. He is responsible for increasing market and brand awareness across the industry while leveraging Allegro's marketing resources to enable the field in increasing market share and competitive effectiveness. In addition, he serves as a senior customer spokesman to our market, including the press, industry analysts and partners communities.

Since joining Allegro in 1997, Hinton has held a number of significant cross functional roles in sales, services and management. Most recently, as Vice President of Product Marketing, he led a global team in support of Allegro's field operations. Prior to joining Allegro, Hinton had held General Management positions with Independent Gas Companies (IGC), and Skelgas, Inc.

Michael received a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, MI.
 


Kyle L. Bowker
Senior Vice President of Global Sales

Kyle L. Bowker is Senior Vice President of Global Sales. Bowker is responsible for leading global sales, pre-sales and alliance groups. With his deep knowledge of sales, field operations management, customer and partner relationships he brings twenty-five years of experience from the Enterprise Software and Technology industry.

In his last role as CEO, Bowker's company Nextance Inc., was selected as 21 of the 2007 Fast 50 (Fastest Growing Private Companies in the Bay Area) from the Silicon Valley Business Journal.

In addition, Bowker has developed and executed go-to-market strategies for top companies such as PeopleSoft, and SAP where he was Senior Vice President and General Manager responsible for manufacturing industries and field operations including sales, consulting, partners and alliances with over 850 employees.

Bowker received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Tyler, Texas and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas.
 


Randy Asire
Vice President, Systems and Support

Mr. Asire is responsible for Allegro's systems and support, overseeing system administration, support, and the technical consulting practice. His specialists work closely with Allegro deployment teams on every project to ensure that customers' legacy and existing systems integrate properly with the Allegro solution. Mr. Asire has more than 17 years of experience in a variety of roles in energy and other industries including chief technology officer, director of development, support manager, developer, and project manager.
 
Adrianne Court
Vice President, Human Resources

Adrianne Court is Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Court is responsible for the global human resources function responsible for providing leadership and expertise to all levels of the organization; for establishing Human Resource systems, practices, and approaches to support the development of the capabilities that Allegro needs to achieve its long-term mission and business goals.

Prior to Allegro, she held Human Resources leadership positions, including Vice President of Human Resources for Enterprise Solutions, a $3 billion division of Nortel Networks (NASDAQ: NT); Vice President of Human Resources for Oasis Outsourcing, a $1.5 billion privately-held human resources outsourcing company; and Senior Vice President Human Resources and Corporate Real Estate of i2 Technologies (NASDAQ: ITWO), a supply chain software and services company with a revenue run rate exceeding $1 billion at business peak.

Adrianne earned her Bachelor of Arts from Scripps College and her Master of Arts from Southern Methodist University. She received her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification in 1998. She is pursuing a graduate certificate from the University of Texas at Dallas in Executive and Professional Coaching. Adrianne is active in professional organizations, specifically national and local human resources associations, and she was recognized in 2006 by the South Florida Business Journal with the HR Excellence Career Achievement award.
 


A. Christopher Ducanes
Vice President, Administration and General Counsel

Christopher Ducanes is responsible for managing the legal, contractual and regulatory functions for Allegro, including corporate governance, transactions, commercial licensing, intellectual property, employment law, litigation and legal support for Allegro's various business units. With more than 13 years legal experience, Mr. Ducanes served as Vice President and General Counsel at Healthvision, a healthcare company providing Web-based solutions for integrated delivery health networks, hospitals and clinics. Previously he served as general counsel for OAO Technology Solutions, a provider of managed information technology services. Mr. Ducanes also held legal positions with law firms specializing in employment litigation, corporate and international law.
 
Zachary D. Scott
Vice President, Marketing

Zachary D. Scott, "Zach" is Vice President of Marketing. In this role, Zach is responsible for lead fulfillment sales enablement and all market communications.

With extensive knowledge and experience in energy trading, Zach served as Vice President of ERCOT trading for Bear Energy, and oversaw strategic management, term trading, cash trading, and real-time desks. In addition, Zach helped grow Bear Energy's business across the United States to an organization capable of managing 6,000MWs of generation in California ISO (CALISO), New England ISO (ISO-NE), and New York ISO (NYISO).

Previously, he served as manager of power operations and trading at Calpine Corporation, and was responsible for desk P&L management, staffing, systems, and optimization of ancillary services, energy, and fuel within the company's ERCOT portfolio.

Zach received his Bachelors of Science degree in engineering from Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama.
 


Hans Delleman
Managing Director, EMEA

Hans Delleman will be responsible for sales, pre-sales, alliances, and consulting services throughout the EMEA region. Delleman provides strong leadership and a proven track record of local management that will foster and accelerate growth. This appointment further enhances Allegro's capability to serve more effectively, both global and regional customers, while creating strong local partnerships that will drive innovation, strategic alliances and ongoing customer success.

Delleman joins Allegro from TIBCO Software Inc. (NASDAQ: TIBX), where he had over seven years of success during substantial growth in a number of management roles across Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Prior to joining TIBCO, Hans was Kana Communications' Country Manager for Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxemburg. Delleman also served as the Netherlands Account Manager for both Matrix and Baan Software. As the Allegro EMEA Managing Director, Delleman will report to Kyle Bowker.
